Blog > LPT Realty expands in southern California
Premier Property Partners founders Rich Johnson and Shirin Alipanah are joining LPT Realty — expanding its operations in San Diego and Palm Desert.
Johnson, former owner and broker of San Diego Homes and Estates, and Alipanah, a former tech executive at Meta, bring decades of experience and a combined sales history exceeding $10 billion.
LPT Realty now operates in all 50 U.S. states and Canada.
“Our mission has always been clear,” Johnson said. “Support agents like family. Give them freedom. Build something bigger than a commission check. With LPT, we’re leveling up the game — bringing choice, a familial, people-first culture, along with the best resources to foster agent success.”
“We’re not just switching brokerages, we’re starting a movement,” Alipanah added. “LPT gives us everything we need to scale our vision: no monthly fees, total brand control, and marketing tools that remove the limits on our agents’ growth.”
LPT Realty has grown rapidly since its launch — becoming the only company to join the RealTrends Verified Top 10 in transactions within three years.
“Rich and Shirin represent exactly the kind of high-powered, forward-thinking team we are proud to welcome at LPT,” LPT Realty founder and CEO Robert Palmer said. “Their track record of excellence, paired with their deep commitment to agents, makes Premier Property Partners a powerful addition to our California presence. Together, we are creating new opportunities for agents to thrive and redefine what success looks like in real estate.”
Johnson is a five-time “Leader of Influence in Residential Real Estate” honoree by the San Diego Business Journal and has received commendations from the California State Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.
Alipanah has been recognized as a “Top Tech Leader of Influence” for four consecutive years and serves on several nonprofit boards, including the YMCA of Escondido. She was also named one of IAOP’s Unstoppable Women of 2022.
