“As a Bay Area resident for the past 40 years, I understand the neighborhood and property values of the region,” Bee said. “My skills as a tough negotiator and thorough diligence with inspections, paperwork and closings are essential to helping clients buy and sell their homes and commercial properties.

“I am excited to partner my business with Coldwell Banker Realty because they offer a strong global network and a luxury program with a brand name that resonates with consumers.”

Bee began her real estate career in 1985. A native of Hong Kong — where she was principal of the SAHK Jockey Club Elaine Field School for children with physical disabilities — she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and five other Chinese dialects.

She works with residential and commercial clients.

“Mary Bee is recognized for her thoughtful approach and strong client focus,” said Jennifer Lind, president, west coast, at Coldwell Banker Realty. “Her move to Coldwell Banker reflects a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and future growth in luxury real estate.”
